Aisling B a, born on 16 March 1984 in Kildare Ireland. Bea has appeared on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) is better known by her stage name Aisling Bea is an Irish actress writer and comedian. Bea's career began in 2011, as a stand-up comedian, following her appearance in a few parts on Irish and British television shows beginning in the year 2009. In 2012, she began to regularly appear on sketch and sitcoms. In 2012, she began appearing in panel shows following her win of an award from the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. In 2016 and 2017 she was a team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. Additionally, she was a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents are Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her younger sister, was born. In 2012, she was the only woman to win the So You Think You Are Funny award. Bea is her maiden name in honor of her deceased father. Aisling Claiodhnadh, born 16 March 1984 at Kildare, County Kildare. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was an equine veterinarian who died at the age of three. Bea was just three years old. She wasn't told about the cause of his death until she was thirteen. The stage name she chose was Bea to pay tribute to her father and she wrote an article for The Guardian in 2017 about the suicide of her family members.
